Confirm the home type, plot allocation where applicable, room schedule, finishes, infrastructure inclusions and handover condition. Review the deposit, instalment duration, balance dates and any charges outside the stated price. Ask for the relevant title and transaction documents, verify the seller or developer, and have an independent property lawyer review the written offer before payment. Keep receipts and signed documents for every stage of the transaction.
