From Benin City, building across Nigeria
Founded by Imasuen Amowie Izoduwa in November 2019, UGHORON began with the Ise Estate series in Edo State. Ere Royal Estate expanded that early development record in Benin City, while Ere Royal Court carried the company into Abuja. Today, Ogbe Court and Ere Villa extend the portfolio with active land, residential homes and community-led development. Each project is presented on this website with its own location, status, media and current property information.
